way we design our programs.
VISIONWORKS INTERNATIONAL serves your vision. Rather than delivering ‘off the shelf’ trainings, workshops, and seminars, we design a unique program to meet the needs and wants of your organization. Your company has its own character and you have your reasons for seeking outside intervention. We conduct a pre-assessment initiative involving on-site interviews or survey mailings with the actual participants of the program in order to accurately identify environmental and atmospheric factors at work in your company. This pre-assessment reveals underlying variables causing problems in the organization. Sometimes what is revealed in the pre-assessment phase reinforces the initial motive in seeking our intervention; but sometimes the interviews and site visits uncovers hidden agendas that undermine team objectives, or unseen issues that catalyze breakdown. Once these issues are identified, VISIONWORKS INTERNATIONAL can facilitate transformation and breakthrough so that obstacles actually become opportunities for growth and prosperity.

way we deliver our programs.
VISIONWORKS INTERNATIONAL combines traditional educational strategies with experiential techniques, addressing each learning style in order to achieve maximum effectiveness. This might include a Ropes Course or some other outdoor adventure, or a number of indoor activities designed to call forth personal excellence, teamwork and active stewardship. These processes immerse participants in situations where they must develop communication skills and teamwork as they encounter barriers to effectiveness. The counterproductive habits that show up in the workplace (and in the personal life of the participants, for that matter) are clearly presented through the experiential modules. In the dramatic light of these experiential activities, participants find their challenges adventuresome, fun, and enlightening. Application to the workplace becomes immediately evident as participants identify ways to carry their learning forward.
The
way we follow-up our programs.
Every training or workshop we conduct ends with a module of issue identification and planned resolution. Participants apply this strategy over a four-week period, with successive four Fridays being ‘checkpoints’ to insure success.
VISIONWORKS INTERNATIONAL has well-trained support staff who maintain contact with participants, engaging in communication at each of these four checkpoints (and more often if necessary) to ascertain that the results are created as planned. The results are real: Your company will see your vision manifested as participants apply the principles and techniques they’ve learned in the training. Rather than being left with mere theory, your employees have an experience of something that works—and so do you!
We know that managers and supervisors today are often called to create better results with fewer resources. Sometimes it’s hard to see through the press of what you want in order to examine what is actually happening. Expect
more from VISIONWORKS INTERNATIONAL Workshop:
•VISIONWORKS INTERNATIONAL team and support staff of trained, experienced professional men and women. Your training team will be spread no thinner than one trainer per twenty-five (25) participants and the support staff will be held to a maximum of one staff person per ten (10) participants.
•Complete pre-assessment consultation and interviews, to ascertain the training and workshops needed to meet the precise goals and objectives of your organization.
•Thorough debriefing with key individuals in your organization after the follow up period for purposes of exchanging feedback about the workshop and for making recommendations about maximizing and perpetuating the value gained from the workshop.
